という会をご存知の方はどのくらいいますか？

新設法人説明会は新しく設立された会社向けに行われる税務関係の勉強会です。

おそらく東京２３区内だと区ごとに開催されているのではないでしょうか？

僕らは荒川区にオフィスを構えているので、先日荒川税務所主催の説明会に出席してきました。

  • 税務に関するビデオ
  • 税務署職員さんのお話
  • 税理士さんのお話

という流れでした。

【税務関係のビデオ】

ここでは新しく会社を設立した経営者を主人公にしたちょっとしたドラマのようなものを観ました。

HP作成代行をしている会社で、ソフトウェアを購入した場合、減価償却になるのか？といった問題や 、

資本金１億円以下ならこんな優遇がありますよ、みたいな紹介がされていました。

会計上は費用となっても、税法上は損金として認められないものがあるというのが大きな発見でしょうか。

【税務署職員さんのお話】

ここでは主に源泉徴収のお話。

源泉徴収 ってなんだ？から始まり、

扶養家族がいたり、その人の本職が別にあると計算方法が変わってくるんですよ、とか、

小規模の会社であれば源泉徴収の支払い時期をまとめられるんですよ、というような内容。

【税理士さんのお話】

ここではガイドブックに沿って様々な税金に関してのお話。

設立時の届出書類、青色申告、法人税、消費税、源泉徴収、益金、損金、中小法人の優遇制度、役員給与、賞与、減価償却費、交際費、貸倒損失

などなど盛りだくさんの内容でした。

うちは顧問税理士さんがいますが、任せっきりもよくないと思うので、

自分でも税務勉強していこうと思います。
